Thin sheets (3mm) may cup slightly due to their size. Upon receipt, place sheets under weights in a temperature-controlled room for 24-48 hours to acclimate to your environment. During laser cutting, secure them with a jig, magnets, or tape to your laser bed.

• Is Baltic Birch good for laser cutting? Yes, its high-quality core and uniform density ensure clean, precise cuts for crafts like puzzles or signs. Baltic Birch Plywood can be cut using both C02 and Diode lasers.

• Will thin plywood warp? Minimal cupping may occur in 3mm or 6mm sheets; acclimate under weights and use a jig or tape to keep them flat during cutting.
